• Pricing: All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are exclusive of delivery charges. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time before an order is placed.

• Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: We deliver to addresses across the UK. We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt, however during busy periods this may take a little longer. We offer 24 and 48 hour tracked service. Please choose your preferred option at checkout.

Delays: While we aim to dispatch quickly, deliveries are estimated and we are not liable for minor delays caused by postal carriers or events outside our control.

Statutory 14-Day Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.

• Hygiene and Health Protection Exception: Our products are ingestible wellness products. For hygiene and health safety reasons, this right to cancel ceases to apply once the protective tamper-evident seal on the bottle has been broken after delivery.

• Returns & Costs: You must return the unopened goods to us within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your product arrives broken, leaking, or faulty, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Fungalist. We take great pride in the quality of our products but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You are entitled to return your order within 28 days of receipt.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

• The goods were purchased in the last 28 days

• The goods are in the original packaging

• The goods have not been opened, used or tampered with.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email Us: Contact our team at thefungalistuk@gmail.com with your name and address, and reason for return.

2. Review: Our team will verify your order details and will provide return shipping instructions.

3. Pack Securely: Securely pack the glass tincture bottle in its original packaging (or adequate bubble wrap) to prevent breakage during transit.

4. Ship: Mail the package back to the address provided by our team in the confirmation email.

Returning Goods

Please contact us by e-mail at thefungalistuk@gmail.com stating your name and address and the reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with further instructions.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us unless goods have been delivered damaged or the incorrect goods have been received.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service

Damaged, Leaking, or Broken Bottles

Glass droppers and liquid tinctures can occasionally suffer from rough handling during transit.

• If your bottle arrives cracked, leaking, or with a broken dropper, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Email thefungalistuk@gmail.com with your name and address, and a clear photograph of the damaged product.

• We will immediately dispatch a replacement at no extra charge or issue a full refund.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

• Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to clear and appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your card issuer.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

• Opened Products: Any tincture bottle where the plastic safety seal has been broken or altered.
